This special exhibition is thought to be a touchstone for the research of modern Daegu artists and modern Korean art.

The "Lee Kun-hee Collection," which will bring about a major change in the Korean cultural community, is the definition of collecting artworks that incorporate Lee's philosophy. Chairman Lee Kun-hee (1942-2020), who led Samsung, a global company, collected cultural assets and artworks with an eye to not only corporate management but also the impact on society and future generations. The tens of thousands of pieces of "Lee Kun-hee Collection" melts his spirit of promoting national culture, pursuing humanity and sharing profits with the social community.
